Just as we work with tenants and brokers to aquire real estate for Development, we also welcome landlords bringing their projects to us. Often times landlords are unwilling or just not able to provide the needed TI packages often needed to close a deal to fill a big box anchor space. Big Box Development can work with the landlord and their prospective tenant with the goal of negotiating a purchase of the building that is favorable to all parties. Because the seller has come with a tenant, we are able to pay a much more aggressive cap rate than if this was a speculative purchase.
